Hand the edit a file, not a screenshot thread.

Every review exports four ways from the Export menu at the top of the review screen. File names come from your clip, so they sort next to it in any folder.

Frame grab with marks

The frame you're parked on, at the clip's full resolution, with every mark on it numbered to match your notes. The timecode and clip name are burned into the corner, and the file name carries the timecode too.

Good for a message thread, a call, or anyone who won't open an edit.

Resolve timeline markers

One marker per note, in the edit decision list format DaVinci Resolve reads as timeline markers. Each marker sits on the note's frame, named for its category, with the note and reviewer as its text.

Open notes come in as yellow markers and resolved notes as green, so the editor sees what's left at a glance.
